Working Together

Fill out the contact form with as much detail as you can. I will respond with a detailed price list and my available dates.
Book your session.
If the collections meet your needs and you have decided on a shoot date, just let me know. I will follow up with a secure link to submit the $250 session fee, sign the portrait contract and fill out a detailed questionnaire about your session goals.

Once your session is booked, I will review your questionnaire responses and send you the Newborn Prep guide. We can then schedule a pre session phone call to go over any specifics.
Time to shoot
I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again. I go with your flow. I’ve scheduled enough time to get you a wide variety of lifestyle/portrait shots. You can move around as you please. Eat snacks, take breaks etc. It’s all very relaxed. I promise.
The slideshow
Three weeks after your shoot day, you will schedule a 24 hour gallery preview. You will receive a private link to a custom slideshow of all the edited images from your session. Once you have seen the imagery you can decide which collection you want to purchase. Even the smallest collections include print credit in your online store!
Make it last
One of the first things you should consider when planning a photoshoot is how you intend to use the photos. In this digital age, I urge you think beyond social media platforms. These photos are an investment in lifelong memories. Use your print credit and frame these beauties!
Session Fee
The session fee reserves and books your shoot date and time. It covers my shooting time but does not cover any post work or digital files.
Print Credit
Your online gallery is linked to a print shop. The print shop is filled with lab quality photo products such as matted framed prints, calendars, or greeting cards. It’s highly responsive and convenient.
Collections
A collection is a package that you purchase after you have seen all of the imagery. Each package includes a quantity of high res images and a substantial print credit.
Retouching
Every photographer has their own style of image processing. Some don’t do any retouching and others do. As a baseline I balance skin tone, remove blemishes, whiten teeth and general cleanup. I strive to make every tweak look unnoticeable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we shoot outdoors as well?
Yes, if the weather permits we can add some outdoor shots into the mix. The outdoor location will need to be within walking distance of your home.
When should I schedule my session?
Newborn sessions are typically scheduled at 2-6 weeks of age. If your baby is older than 6 weeks you can still schedule a newborn session.
What are your Covid precautions?
I will shoot wearing a mask. I will also wash my hands throughout the session. If you would like me to take a rapid test prior to the shoot, I can. Testing fees will apply.
What should we wear?
Your prep guide will discuss wardrobe. I don’t have a blanket response for this as a persons style is unique and I prefer to work with clients one on one.
What do I need for baby?
Since this is a lifestyle session, I will use whatever you have on hand. Things that reflect your own style and choices. Swaddles, blankets etc. I’m not a fan of gown up looks for newborns.
Can I have all the images?
Sure! If you review your personal slideshow and decide you want all of the edited images there will be an option to purchase them all. I do not give RAW files to anyone.
